A manager needs to know how to develop their people. This one-day workshop teaches the practical skills and techniques of one-to-one performance coaching for line managers, team leaders and supervisors. It will enable delegates to start taking a more confident and proactive role in the development of their people. Delegates will benefit by learning tips and techniques which will build their confidence when coaching their team members.

Training methods:

We use a number of training methods on our courses including role-play, workshops and group exercises.

Throughout the course the delegates will participate in realistic role plays covering a variety of topics. Delegates will also have the opportunity to role play specific coaching situations which they have identified.

This course features a set of our Key Point Cards which provide delegates with a quick reference back at the workplace.

Follow-up Support:

Telephone support is available for all course delegates who have any questions after an event.

Clients can elect to have the delegates attend a two hour coaching and progress review session with the workshop facilitator to ensure the successful transfer of learning to a live situation.
