Facilitate - to make easier, to guide through a process, experience, or conversation

Facilitation skills are in high demand today as companies search for specialists who are trained to effectively manage team and group interactions. The ability to facilitate a group of people working together is a key skill of effective managers, team leaders, supervisors and trainers. It is a critical factor in an organization's success.

As a facilitator you'll be helping people communicate and work together. You'll create a framework for meetings that allows people to tap into each other's creative potential.

Training methods:

Learning will be achieved through a combination of short tutorials, group work, open forums, leading various facilitation scenarios (data gathering, idea generation, problem solving, etc.) and preparatory practice sessions.

This workshop is 90% experiential learning.

This course features our Key Point Cards which provide delegates with a quick reference back at the workplace.
