Facilitation skills are in high demand today as companies search for
specialists who are trained to effectively manage team and group

Training methods:
Learning will be achieved through a combination of short tutorials,
group work, open forums, leading various facilitation scenarios
(data gathering, idea generation, problem solving, etc.) and
preparatory practice sessions.
This workshop is 90% experiential learning.
This course features our Key Point Cards which provide
delegates with a quick reference back at the workplace.
