Participants: The management and staff of the IT division of an
international convenience food retailer.
Purpose: The management team requested us to help them raise the
profile of the IT division within their organization and to help them take a proactive
role in the shaping and achieving of strategic goals. Through a combination of
consulting, training and presentations to the Board of Directors we
helped them achieve their goal.
Training interventions included raising the skills of their key staff
with our Project Management and Business Analysis and Process Modelling
and Improvement training courses.
The success of the initial program led to similar training being requested
in other areas of the Company.
