Leadership development at the Vice President Forum
Participants: The newly appointed Vice Presidents of an
international bank.
Purpose: Every year the newly appointed VP's are brought
together to hear the key corporate messages from their senior management and to
experience an exercise designed to develop their leadership skills. Mentoric was
asked to facilitate its leadership simulation
LEADOUT®.
There was 100% participation as each team tried to beat their rivals. The
noise became deafening as thirty-two new VP's made their points of view heard.
The lessons from the simulation were explored and discussed with each of
the teams.
Each participant received a set of our Leadership and Team Building
Key Point Cards.
