Be Inspired
IT Conference in Barcelona
Participants: The management and staff of the IT division of an
international pharmaceutical company.
Purpose: To facilitate and provide the training and
management games for a three-day conference of IT professionals to
be held in Barcelona.
The delegates, representing about 12 nationalities, were fully engaged
in learning sessions covering group problem-solving, traditional
brainstorming and creative idea generation techniques. All the techniques
were applied to real situations within the company. The games focused
on management and leadership skills, communication and creative problem
solving.
There was even time for the delegates to visit some of the
magnificent sites of Barcelona.
