Business Transformation Workshops
Participants: The senior management team of an
international distribution organization located in London and Brussels.
Purpose: With the company going through major transformational change
the senior management team requested a facilitated series of events designed
to train and develop them to handle the issues related to the change.
We met one day each month for two years to explore, understand and resolve
the issues that emerged. In addition topics such as ensuring strategic
alignment at all levels in the organization, managing the change as a project,
establishing a new vision, introducing a framework for innovation and
developing a robust communications strategy were also addressed.
