Decision Conferencing - Battleships and helicopters
Participants: Senior military and Ministry of Defence personnel.
Purpose:
Have you ever wondered how the military decide whether to spend their
annual budget on a new battleship, update communication systems or to buy a
few more helicopters? The best way is to use a state-of-the-art 'Multi
Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA)' tool and someone with expert
facilitation skills.
For three years we have been training senior military personnel and the MoD in
advanced facilitation skills. Using real-life scenarios we cover:
stakeholder profiliing, tools and techniques, difficult situation
intervention and communication skills.
The same skills, tools and techniques can be used by any organization where
difficult major decisions have to be made.
