Be Inspired
Building a world class laboratory at Cambridge University
Participants: The client, budget holder, building contactors,
architects, engineers and representatives from local government.
Purpose:
To bring together the key stakeholders of a major project for the first time
with the aim of moving forward in a cooperative and positive manner.
The key to success for a Privately Funded Initiative where there are so
many key stakeholders is to have a positive impact at the start of the
project and to have a clear and common understanding of the expectations of
each of the participants.
During the half-day session various exercises were used to identify
the expectations of each of the groups. We ended the session with our
idea generation tool
Mindshift.
