Our management simulations mirror functions, activities and events within your organization. Team success is through effective decision making and actions.

Participants experience typical challenges, conflicts and constraints in managing their team. They learn business methods, tools and techniques, the effective use of information sources and how to deal with uncertainty in their decision-making.

Simulations enable a high degree of knowledge to be transferred and experienced in a short time. Participants will be encouraged to apply their new knowledge back at the workplace.

Our management simulations are either card, paper or game board based. They are non-computer based.
